Posture is so important to how you function on a day to day bases. The first thing is to be aware of your posture. Stand up and focus on your feet and check, Are the Left and Right feet facing the front, Is your weight even on both feet, Is your weight even on the front of the foot ( under the knuckles of the toes with the toes engaged) and back of the foot .
