Therapeutic massage is a type of massage designed to benefit your posture and muscle structure. The way this is achieved by the therapist varies depending on the therapist.

My techniques include shiatsu, meridian therapy, soft tissue techniques, reflexology, trigger points and acupuncture points. I also used dry needling and knowledge acquired from working with a acupuncturist over my career.

Basically over 20 years i have gathered information and skills that i apply to each client. Looking at what presents itself i make an assessment and decide on a treatment i believe will benefit the client the most.
